About
the Position
 
Cazabella
Kenya is currently on an expansion programme and its thus looking for Brand
Ambassadors to drive and develop our brand sales as they manage, develop and
create long-term business success.
 
Role
Objective: 
The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for managing and facilitation of the company’s sales growth, attainment of monthly sales targets, projecting annual sales, tracking sales performance and interacting with other departments of the company to ensure that business orders are executed properly and profitably in line with the company’s objective.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for managing and facilitation of the company’s sales growth, attainment of monthly sales targets, projecting annual sales, tracking sales performance and interacting with other departments of the company to ensure that business orders are executed properly and profitably in line with the company’s objective.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible
     for account development for existing key clients.
- Conduct
     market research to gain knowledge on new products based on clients needs
     and introducing and developing them into the market.
- Develops
     a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment
     of company sales goals and profitability.
- Conduct
     customer surveys and give feedback on the same.
- Present
     and sell company products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Manage
     account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
- Identify
     and resolve client concerns.
- Develop
     and implement special sales activities to increase sales.
- Sell
     and service corporate customer’s requirements in customers full range of
     products.
- Manage
     full process of the sales from cold calling, presenting, negotiating and
     closing deals.
- Responsible
     for customer relationships and meeting clients’ expectations.
- Provide
     regular two-way communication between the client and company, to provide
     strong representation and set proper client expectations.
- Ensure
     that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the
     Country Director of any problems that may arise.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
     Degree in Sales and Marketing or any other business related course
- Age
     26-45 years.
- At
     least 1-5 years working experience selling and marketing jewelry and
     fashion products with a proven record of meeting sales targets will have
     an added advantage.
- An
     individual with a wide network of business contacts
- Strong
     understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- An
     individual with a solid network and link with professional ladies and
     icons will have a DOUBLE added advantage.
- An
     individual with a desire to generate a long term business venture based
     upon key pillars of excellence and longevity.
