Job Description:
- Enter
financial transactions in the books of accounts under the supervision of
the Accountant
- Set
up new accounts in the books
- Keep
track of accounts receivables and payables through aging of accounts, and
maintain records for said accounts
- Duties
could include show reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, preparation of
show folders, recording of journal entries, and assistance with sales and
other tax filings
- Assist
in the preparation of internal reports
- Assist
staff and senior staff in the AHB office with various duties associated
with the business promotion.
Qualifications:
- University
degree and/or professional equivalent, preferably Accounting Major or
Bachelor of Commerce or similar
- Training
and experience in areas of the job description above
- Willingness
to travel when required including to marginal areas with limited
infrastructure
- Ability
to get along with Clients & Staff
- Good
writing skills and workable computer literacy, in particular: Standard
Accounting packages, MSWord, Excel and internet usage.
