We seek an experienced professional to fill the core role of:
Human Resources Coordinator
This
is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and to lead on human
resources administration and management for teams in both Kenya and Somalia.
The
Human Resources Coordinator will support managers and staff to ensure that
human resources policies are upheld at all times.
He
or she will play a key role in supporting recruitment, induction, contract
issuance, health and safety, and human resources records management.
He
or she will also deliver annual training needs analysis and support performance
management processes and human resources policy development.
Candidates
will have tertiary qualifications in human resources management, at least three
years of experience in a commensurate role within an INGO, sound knowledge of
Kenya Labour Law, good attention to detail and sound communication skills.
