Hotel Manager
 

Qualifications and experience

• Degree in Hospitality, Hotel or Business Management.
• Masters degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a management  position in a hotel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Duties and responsibilities

• Refurbishing current set up and supervising maintenance
• Setting up other hotels within the group.
• Project management.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.

Marketing Manager
 

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing in FMCGs with at least 2 years as a marketing/sales manager.
• Proven relationship building skills;
• Ability to work within a KPI driven environment;
• Proven creativity and innovation.

Duties and responsibilities

• Undertake new-product development and market research
• Develop and execute marketing plans and projects for existing and new products
• Constantly provide strategies for increasing the products market share.
• Manage and train the marketing team.
