Job Title: Direct Sales Representative
Job Requirements
Demonstrates strong understanding of company products, promoting and selling offerings to individual customers by knocking on every door within assigned territory.
Communicates and develops rapport with customers.
Evaluates customer's existing and potential product needs and makes recommendations.
Meets and exceeds sales goals as established by local market.
Independently establishes and organizes daily sales activities.
Generates business through established and approved creative methods of lead generation.
Implements effective sales closing techniques to ensure product installation goal is achieved.
Demonstrates record of success in outbound sales environment with emphasis on business to consumer sales.
Possesses impeccable communication, organizational, and people skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
Completes customer orders and weekly sales reports in order to report sales activities.
Must possess effective sales skill techniques in order to promote, sell, and close sales.
Must possess both strong written and verbal communication skills in order to provide and receive customer and service information and must possess excellent listening skills.
Must be able to analyze customer preferences in conversation and match with company products and continuously learn and retain knowledge of new services and promotions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA in Marketing or other marketing related qualification from a recognised university
- Prefer 1-2 years of customer service, telephone sales, or field sales experience.
- Must possess valid driver's, clean driving record and utilize personal vehicle to perform essential functions of the job.
