FMCG Sales Supervisor Job in Kenya (KShs 70K)

We are seeking a FMCG Sales Supervisor for their organization.
 

Salary: KShs 70,000 + Incentives
 

Job Responsibilities

Human Resource Management
 

Manage the human resource department and ensure delivery of HR targets
 

Ensure each department operates in compliance with all legal requirements
 

Proactively developing subordinates through appraisals
 

Comply with statutory and legal requirements for Health & Safety, fire and licensing
 

Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits

Project Implementation

• Communicating with clients and ensuring business relationships are maintained
• Following up all client enquiries & leads plus ensuring that all opportunities are quoted for implementation with the client
• Ensuring delivery of client operational strategic targets
• Ensuring day to day operations of the unit

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Cost control; budgeting, profit and debtors management
• Overseeing overall financial management, planning, systems and controls
• Implementing systems for budgeting and reviewing operating costs to ensure consistency with revenue
• Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service

Maintaining Customer Satisfaction as per set targets

• Play a significant role in long-term planning, geared toward operational excellence
• Regular meetings with Executive Management around fiscal planning.
• Ensure that the business is operated to the highest standards in line with mission, vision and values
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management of the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a similar qualification
• At least 5 years proven managerial experience (preferably in FMCG sales capacity)
• The suitable candidate should be at least 29 years old
• The ideal candidate should be family person
• Able to work well with others
• Good planning and organization skills
• High level of attention to detail
