Urysia Ltd holds the Peugeot franchise in Kenya and over the last two years has experienced tremendous growth with key highlights in commissioning the Bunyala road branch; one of the largest in Africa that meets international standards and aimed at regaining the confidence of Peugeot customers in quality and service delivery.
The company is also in the process of acquiring additional franchises which will see growth and presence in passenger segment, trucks, prime movers and motor cycles as well as cementing its countrywide presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Take a leading role in meeting customer expectations through; identification and implementation of strategies aimed at developing develop the customers' loyalty to the brand; taking any required steps to improve the service image and make it more attractive in its competitive environment.
- Develop sales and retain existing customers through implementation of set prices, meeting customers' expectations, to increase the sales and the after-sales service profitability
- Manage and lead after-sales service personnel as well as the Agent network and encourage initiatives that aim at improving quality.
- Define, implement and monitor the commercial and marketing action plans.
- Optimise the work areas, ensuring the workstation ergonomics and the observance of health, safety and work condition rules.
- Ensure that the manufacturer's policy is applied in all after-sales activities.
- Analyse after sales staff requirements according to the activity volume and determine the need for contracting sub-contractors.
- Set up the fleet of loan vehicles, with the assistance of new vehicle department and oversee their maintenance
- Handle customers' claims and grant commercial contributions, as necessary.
- Put measures in place to control new vehicle/second hand vehicle preparation quality
- Take a leading role in managing quality; through analysing customer satisfaction indicators; control new vehicle/second hand vehicle preparation quality; periodic qualities checks and en-sure procedures of invoicing and warranties are observed.
- Provide leadership to his team and agents through on-going training and objective setting
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or Business related field.
- 5 years managerial experience in After Sales preferably in the automobile Industry.
- Good People management and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen with proven record of sourcing for new business
- Excellent after sale service experience
- Strong negotiation skills
