Our client, a reputable firm in fast moving consumer goods seeks to recruit a food marketer. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing company's products, finding and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts for appropriate marketing strategies.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities 

• Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
• Making appointments with and meeting new customers
• Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
• Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Promoting new products and any special deals
• Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
• Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
• Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
• Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
• Giving feedback on sales trends
• Attending various meetings with clients on behalf of the company

Professional Skills and Competencies

• Diploma/Degree in sales and marketing
• At least 3years sales experience in a fast moving consumer goods (FMCG)
• Attention to details and have a creative mind
• Honest and able to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skill
• Negotiation skills and techniques
