1.0 The successful candidate(s) for this position will report to a Head of Section and will work in Test Development Department.

1.1 Duties and Responsibilities:
The Officer will be responsible for the organization, programming and coordination of development of CRE question papers and other related disciplines.
1.2.1 At least a Bachelors Degree in Education or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution specialized in Christian Religious Education and a maximum of three (3) years teaching experience and Test Development related activities or equivalent in a reputable institution.
1.2.2 Evidence of being well grounded in theory and application of Psychometrics, Curriculum Design and Educational Assessment, Setting, Marking, and Moderation of Examinations will be an added advantage.
1.2.3 Evidence of proficiency and knowledge in Computer Applications;
1.2.4 Have demonstrated outstanding professional competence and integrity in work performance.
