Technical Sales Engineer (Grundfos Pumps)

Our client is a leading retailer of engineering equipment in East Africa.
They are looking for a Sales Engineer to handle Pumps.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handling sales of pumps especially Grundfos Model
- To manage key sales projects while running promotions, training seminars and onsite trials and testing
- Managing the marketing team to ensure all promotional and branding material is correct and aligned to the message you are delivering to the market
- Maintaining the strong existing accounts in the area as well as growing new business opportunities
- Able to do pump selections
Qualification & Skills
- Degree in business, marketing and/or engineering
- Additional sales and marketing qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a SALES ENGINEER
- Extensive experience selling pumps or related mechanical solutions
- Proven experience in creating business development plans
- Neat appearance
- He should have the excellent team working skills to be a team person.
- He needs to have a strong desire to expand knowledge horizons.
- Ability to work independently
- Computer literate
- Ability to meet the given strict deadlines properly
- Trouble shooting skills and the ability to solve problems that arise
