Security World Technology limited, is the leading distributor of electronic security equipments in East Africa, with offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda. 

SWTL is therefore seeking expand our services and product portfolio in Kenya and is looking to recruit qualified visionary, aggressive and dynamic professionals in the following positions:
 

Job Title: Product Executive

2 Positions
 

The main purpose of the Product Executive at SWTL is to promote, market and sell CCTV/FIRE related products to key account customers & other target customers and organizations for the company to meet its sales targets and also ensure continual buying of the same.  
 

Job Description

• Perform direct sales to key account customers.
• Develop/create new market for the product sales
• Ensure maintenance of product sales to key accounts
• Ensure adherence to the stipulated SOPs 
• Develop and maintain a customer database
• Demonstrate CCTV/Fire products to current and potential clients
• Follow up and maintain sales activity records and produce timely reports as required
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships are maintained.
• Maintaining and ensuring up to date Sales records are maintained
• Co-ordinate deliveries of sold items and collections from courier and ensuring there is less wastage in resources.
• Ensuring payment of products purchased, receipting and invoicing the same
• Follow up on collection of key account debts in relation to the sales obtained
• Giving technical advice and solutions to clients on the various security and safety systems

Person Specifications

• University degree in Sales & Marketing or Electronics Engineering with technical sales experience 
• At least 3 years experience in product Sales preferably technical related
• Strong sales experience B2B
• Proficiency in Computer application- MS Office Suite and ERP – Sage Pastel
• Knowledge of Security Technology – CCTV, Fire and any other products an added advantage
• Aggressive, Innovative, creative and must have excellent communication & presentation skills
