Job Opportunity Description: EzyLife is a national distributor of energy-efficient household products that aims to improve the lives of rural and low income families through the sale of high quality, affordable energy-efficient household products. We are the largest distributor of efficient firewood cook-stoves in Kenya. 

EzyLife Kenya is offering an exciting sales opportunity with a base salary, benefits, the ability to make money and grow within the company. 

Field Sales Agents will travel regularly to host community sales events and develop relationships with EzyLife customers. 

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and following set operating systems, the Field Sales Agent (“EzyAgent") will be responsible for leading and executing direct group sales events and managing product delivery and customer service to our customers. 

The successful sales agent will directly represent the EzyLife brand to its customers. 

As such, candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for working with low-income customers, with an emphasis on women consumers. 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self driven and confident
• A team player
• Drives for results and is action-oriented
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage time while paying attention to the details
• Computer skills (email and MS office)
• Riding a motorbike with a valid driving license is an added advantage
