Working Conditions: Working Monday to Friday 0800hours-1700hours; One/Two Saturdays a month 0900hours-1300hours.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business related studies from a recognized institution
- Excellent knowledge in computer packages.
- Multi-channel experience is preferred: email/chat/phone
- Experience of 3 years minimum in customer service environments is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in the tracking industry is an added advantage.
