Aviation Company Quality Inspector Job in Kenya

Motivate We Consulting (MWC), a leading firm in executive search seeks to fill up the following positions for one of its clients in the Aviation industry:

Quality Inspector 

Key Specifications and Requirements 

• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Aeronautical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or a Quality Assurance Degree from a recognized institution. 
• KCAA License in one or all of the airframe, engines or avionics discipline, will be an added advantage 
• Have a certificate in Safety Management Systems or equivalent.
• The individual should be a trained Auditor. 
• Have a minimum of 5 years total quality or aircraft maintenance 
• The applicant should possess very good communication skills and be a team player 
• The candidate should have undergone a quality management course 
• Experience as an aircraft inspector in operations / Maintenance or as chief engineer / Line Pilot will be an added advantage. 
• An aircraft dispatcher’s certificate / license from a recognized approved institution with a minimum 2 years dispatch experience will be an added advantage 
• A private pilot’s license or higher flying qualification will be an added advantage.
