Commercial Director
 

Key Specifications and Requirements 

• Develop and position the company brand offer to achieve the highest level of customer preference and satisfaction 
• Development and implementation of effective e-business and distribution strategy for optimal availability of products 
• Establish and grow customer relationship, result in increased business. 
• Plan and control annual sales and distribution budget to cost effectively achieve the objectives set in the sales plan. 
• To drive the sales and marketing plan for the Company to deliver the budgeted objectives 
• To develop and strengthen distribution channels for maximum revenue. 
• To identify new sales opportunities and take steps to implement them for new revenue streams 
• Develop and service trade and/or corporate partners to maximize loyalty and revenue generation
• Masters of business Administration 
• University Business Degree (Marketing or Commence) with more than 7 years management experience in an airline. 
• Post graduate Diploma or membership of a recognized sales or marketing organization such as CIM 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
