Job Title: Head of SME Banking
 

Profile Introduction: Our Client, a locally owned Bank, which offers financial solutions to the fast growing SME sector; seeks to recruit a self-driven individual to the position of Head of SME Banking.

Role Profile

• The successful candidate will provide leadership to the Relationship Team in driving profitably growth and building customer relations which will enhance service excellence and customer loyalty.
• Development, management and implementation of the SME Banking strategy.
• Focus and drive acquisition, compliance and people development towards managing customer expectations.
• Promote active utilization of the bank’s Credit and Treasury facilities to existing and potential clients.

Qualifications

• Post graduate degree (MBA, Masters in Finance/Strategy);
• Business graduate from an accredited University preferably with a major in finance, marketing or economics;
• 5 years’ experience in Relationship Management or Senior Relationship & 3 years in Senior Management;
• Membership with Chartered Institute of Marketers.
