 Job description 

You join our After Sales within Operations Department. 

Your tasks will be to take responsibility and drive all activities related After Sales, including:

• Processing all the returns and failed deliveries
• Managing the correspondence between the after sales team and the riders
• Monitoring customer orders
• Providing data and reports to help the after sales team
• Keeping track of all orders being returned
• Accurately updating the status of orders in the systems well
• Scheduling orders when need be.

Ideal Profile:

• Excellent computer skills
• Some knowledge of warehousing or purchasing and supplies ie degree or diploma
• Some experience preferred but not a must.
