Emergency Plus Medical Services is a company, limited by guarantee, fully owned by the Kenya Red Cross to offer emergency medical services which include 24hr ambulance service, first aid training and the sale of first aid kits.

Job Title: Human Resource Assistant
Reports To: Human Resource Manager
Location: Nairobi

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in pre employment process
• Putting in place an employee data base
• Up dating Human Resource records.
• Assist in carrying out Training Needs Analysis
• Assist in performance appraisals
• Assist in implementing HR Policies and guidelines
• Prepare word, excel and power point documents
• Assist in administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Have a passion for HR Management
• Experience in HR added advantage
