Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Directly Reporting to: Senior Voice Engineer

Main Purpose of the job

Support Company IT infrastructure

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain staff computers and laptops.
• Maintain the companies LAN
• Helps maintain the company website.
• Assists the management technically while purchasing any IT equipment.
• Assists in training staff in IT matters

• Deep understanding of Linux OS
• Indepth understanding of networking preferably with CCNA certification.
• Degree in Engineering or IT from reputable university.
• A, A- or B+ in 4th form
• Over 3 years of experience
