Maintenance Supervisor
Job Objective: Co-ordination of repairs and maintenance for equipment in the branches, to ensure the smooth running of the operations.
Key Performance Areas:
· Checking the status of all machines at the branches.
· Daily checks of power supply and water supply in all branches.
· Co-ordinate other maintenance staff on daily breakdowns in branches.
· Ensure all equipment used are maintained and serviced as per requirements.
· Update all the checklists as required.
· Purchase of spare parts through the authorized suppliers.
· Assist in all aspects the Maintenance Manager.
· Be on standby for any urgent maintenance work that may need to be addressed at all times.
· Ensure energy utility management is achieved and all relevant users are well trained on usage controls.
Qualifications and Experience
· Should have a diploma or higher diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
· Should have some knowledge on gas/electric kitchen equipments, coffee equipment, refrigeration units, motors, generators and water pumps.
· Should have at least five years work experience, with not less than two years at a senior supervisory level
· Having worked in an hospitality industry is an added advantage
· Should be below 35 years of age
Electrical/Electronic Technician
Job Objective:
Repair and maintenance of all electrical/electronic equipment for the company, ensuring their smooth running and function.

· Having worked in an hospitality industry is an added advantage
· Should be below 30 years of age
Plumber

Responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal
