Kencall Call Center is looking for individuals who are qualified to fill the position of Front Office / Receptionist.

The candidate should be highly motivated with a “can do” attitude and have a passion for success.

Successful applicants will have a great career in Kencall Center.

Role:
  • Handle all inquiries within capacity
  • Arrange "callbacks" to protect boss’s time
  • Greet, provide appropriate help to visitors, applicants, customers and vendors
  • Route calls elsewhere as needed
  • Do phone inquiries as needed
  • Assure discreet handling of all business
  • Screen to control interruptions
  • Provide back-up data as needed
  • Arrange amenities as needed
  • Reporting to administrator, take initiative in administrator’s absence.
  • Work on alternative Saturdays from 9am to 12.30pm.
Skills:
  • Computer skills - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Administrative Skills (Filling, Emails, Internet Research etc.)
  • Excellent communicator, helpful, and pleasant demeanor
  • Exceptional Typing Speeds of 35WPM, with 90% Accuracy
  • A crisp Clear Neutral Accent
  • Exceptional listening skills to local and international accents
Education Qualification:
  • A Diploma or Degree in a Business Related Field
Experience:
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Receptionist/Front Office in a Fast Paced business environment, relating with people of different backgrounds, race, religion, nationalities,etc.
