Media Research Manager

Responsibilities:

• Questionnaire design and project briefing to technical team
• Inter-country media projects coordination
• Advising client executives on technical research matters
• Advising data analysts on expected data outputs
• Client liaison on matters such as questionnaire design, project design and data interpretation
• Distribution of research findings and reports to end users
• Overall responsible for analysis and tabulation of media audience (AMPS) from the various countries where these studies are done.
• Advice to media team on analysis tools / statistics that can be applied to add additional value to research results. This entail investigating new statistical / analysis methods / techniques, data modeling and data presentation models such as charting macros.
• Taking part in project brainstorms and providing input on value-add and interpretations.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• 1st degree from a reputable university
• Experience in quantitative research
• 3 to 5 years of experience
• Ability to explain technical concepts to clients
• Advising on all research methodologies and operations
• Analyzing samples and tracking data as well as overall operational performance
• Customer relationship management
• Project management
• Is steeped in media with either an agency or mass media background
