Qualifications: A minimum of Higher Diploma / Degree in Building / Construction Engineering / Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institution, excellent supervisory & report writing skills, Project management skills with a minimum of 5 years working experience in a busy and demanding environment.
