The Employer

Asas Dairies limited a modern dairy company in Tanzania located on the southern highlands seeks to recruit qualified professional to fill the position of a Production Manager.

The company wishes to enhance its position in the industry through this recruitment.

The Candidate

• Young energetic individual with broad industry experience as well as self drive, determination and results oriented.
• The ideal candidate should be able to work under minimal supervision and possess the ability to meet strict targets while maintaining high level of efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in food science and technology or Bsc Dairy science and technology.
• Over 5 years experience in a similar or supervisory position.
• High level of maturity and integrity.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Previous knowledge in HACCP or ISO 22000 will be an added advantage.
• Should be computer literate
