Job: Country Manager

Africa’s largest outdoor advertising company is looking for you!

Opportunities exist within the business in sub-Saharan Africa as Country Manager reporting to Managing Director of RoA

Minimum requirements

• A graduate degree in Commerce, Communication or Business Management
• At least 5 years Managerial experience in sub-Saharan Africa
• At least 3 years experience in running an operation / branch
• Proven record of people management
• Previous FMCG / Agency experience advantageous

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Developing and execution of country strategy
• Driving operation and financial performance of set country targets
• Full profit and loss responsibility for the country
• Reporting and reviews done accurately and timeously
• Managing a cross functioned team to ensure results are achieved
• Regulatory relations with all stakeholders
• Brand custodian in market
• Drive process innovation
