- Provide leadership to the team and mentor to ensure motivation and excellent customer service
- Uphold HSE policies and ensure they are adhered to
- Ensure compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements
- To reconcile all cash and other forms of payments against sales during transition of shift or shift closing
- To ensure cash reconciliation is done after every shift closing and cash collected is kept in the safe is verified for banking purposes
- Monitor stock level to avoid out-of stock condition and keep inventory based on sales volume
- Monitor and check to ensure pump attendant team provide the highest standard of forecourt services
- Monitor and ensure good appearance and attendance of Pump attendant team
- Ensure Pump attendant team promotes products and services provided at the station
- To personally take pumps meter readings and tank dipping before and after shift starts. In the event of on leave, to delegate only to station personnel who are fully trained and reliable after obtaining approval from Management
- To provide sales reports and updates to the management on fuel stock balance as and when required
- To do shift station premise checks, to make sure the forecourt, pumps and station compound are clean
- Receiving and loading of fuels
- To check the maintenance records of equipment and to arrange for routine maintenance after getting an approval from the Retail Business
- Manager
- To check on delivery orders and invoices when receiving products and fuels
- To resolve customer complaints and feedback on any major concerns to the management
- To interface with all suppliers, contractors or service providers to ensure smooth running of all equipment and facilities in the station
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Job Specifications
- Must be fluent in Arabic language
- Experience in Bulk Logistics of fuel, Jet A1, LPG etc is a MUST
- Training & experience in Dangerous Goods Handling is also a MUST Degree in Business Management or Procurement
- Excellent computer skills Diploma in Petroleum Management
- 5 years working experience in similar position
- Good communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High degree of integrity
