ACF International has been conducting humanitarian programs in Somalia since May 1992.
At present, ACF is conducting its humanitarian activities focused on Severe and moderate malnutrition, Medical, Food Security and Water & Sanitation programs via program bases in Mogadishu (since 1995) and Wajid (since 2003) and the Coordination office in Nairobi.
We are currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant (Based in Nairobi)
The Human Resources Assistant will assist the HR department with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.
The HR assistant will specifically assist in recruitment and selection logistics, arrival –departure management of visitors, Employee orientation and training logistics
Duration: 4 months
Who we are looking for: We are looking for a highly motivated team player with degree/diploma in HR, Business Studies or similar with at least 2 years experience in Human Resources Administration.
S/he must be computer literate with proficiency in using of Word, Excel.
Experience of using HRIS systems will be an added advantage. S/he must be fluent in both written and oral communication in English
