We are looking for Laundry Supervisor to fill a vacant position that has arisen in our Kingfisher Farm - Naivasha region.

The Job

Key Responsibilities
- Proper cleaning of PPE
- Timely dispatch of PPE
- Timely repairing of torn uniforms
- Labour management
- Maintain sufficient stock of PPE
- Maintenance of laundry equipment ¡n good condition
- Timely replacement of worn out PPE
- Issuing of new PPE as per Farm request
- Purchasing of PPE
- Keeping inventory of new PPE
- Keeping proper laundry records
- Proper control of detergents to minimize costs
- Timely handling/reporting of employees’ grievances
- Timely submission of monthly reports
- Performing any other duties that may from time to time arise

The ideal candidate must possess the qualifications / competencies outlined below:

- Diploma in Laundry related field.
- Three years experience in equivalent position
- High level of honesty and integrity.
- Be a team player
- Self disciplined
- Computer skills is added advantage.
