United (E.A) Warehouses Ltd is a leading logistics company based in Mombasa, Kenya.

We provide a wide array of services such as warehousing, bulk cargo handling, quayside technical bagging and clearing & forwarding.

We seek a suitably qualified, dynamic and result-oriented individual to fill the above mentioned role in Nairobi.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain close working relationship with existing and new clients.
• Identify, develop, pitch for and secure new accounts/clients though structured and targeted sales calls and visits.
• Following up on correspondence between the company and statutory bodies such as KRA, KEBS, Tea Board of Kenya etc
• Processing of licensing applications for warehouse and customs agents license.
• Follow up of bond cancellations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Diploma in Sales/Marketing
• East African Customs & Freight Forwarding Practice Certificate
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Clearing & Forwarding
• Currently based in Nairobi
