NGO Programme Officer Job Employment in Kenya

A regional NGO headquarted in Kenya is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the post of Programme Officer in its Nairobi office.

The current activities are in the sectors of Health and education with operations countrywide in Kenya.

Reporting to the Programme Manager, the officer will be responsible for project designs and monitoring, field assessments and development of proposals.

Minimum Requirements

• Post-graduate degree in social sciences from a recognized institution in a field related to development and/or management.
• 5 years hands on experience in project design, monitoring, proposal development and resource mobilization
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office a must
