to the operations Manager, the data Officer shall have an overall responsibility of
maintaining the company database.
He/she shall initially carry out the duties and functions of a data officer as stated here-below.

Duties
& Responsibilities
- Receiving, reviewing and entering data into our computer system;
- Prepare and sort source documents, and identify data to be entered while confirming the accuracy of the entered data.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining an effective record management system, both in electronic and physical form
- Must be able to prepare and distribute reports based on the data entered.
- Must be able to maintain confidentially, work as a team player and be honest and dependable
- Several projects have deadlines and the applicant must be able to meet these
- Must have an exceptional eye for detail and be an accurate typist
- The applicant should have a working knowledge of record management procedures; the ability to work with a wide variety of computer systems and software including spreadsheets and databases;
- Good communication skills both oral and written and must be able to follow oral and/or written instructions.
Qualifications
- CDL certificate
- Diploma or equivalent in management information system, information technology or in any other related course
- CPA part 1 will be an added advantage
- At least one year work experience in data entry
