Responsibilities

Reporting to Market and Channel Activation Manager, the successful candidate’s main responsibilities will be;

To Develop and Manage marketing information systems.

Analyze brand health research & report consumer insights/opportunities against brand pack mix monthly.

Conduct research to understand consumer preference (As required) and opposition marketing activities as required

Track brand/pack performance against set hurdle rates and advise actions to be taken to ensure
alignment (Monthly)

Analyze revenue performance

Manage new brand pack viability studies

Review DME budget against hurdle rates and market situation and reapportion DME allocation as necessary

Monitor forecasting trends on a monthly and a six-monthly cycle

Selection Criteria

We are interested in candidates with following qualifications;
  • Degree in Business Related field with experience or bias in Market research.
  • At least four years experience preferably in FMCG environment.
  • Professional courses in marketing – CIM and MBA will be an added advantage
  • Very good in presentation, PowerPoint and excel
  • Good Commercial and Business acumen
  • Team Player, Leadership skills and a good communicator
  • Good Knowledge and Market Insights.
