Key duties will include
maintaining excellent communication between his office and clients,
proofreading documents, efficiently handling visitors and incoming calls,
maintaining the Regional Director's diary and coordinating local and
international travel logistics.
Applicants should be ladies aged 25-30 years, who hold Bachelor's degree and
Diploma in secretarial studies and have a minimum of 2 years experience in
supporting senior managers.
They should have excellent communication, administrative and secretarial
skills, good knowledge in French and a high degree of personal initiative as
well as a passion for completing tasks.
