Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Have clear diction and neutral accent
- Working knowledge of French, spoken and written, is required
Experience
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and available to work weekends and at times public holidays
- Experience in a call center environment would be advantageous
