Accountant and Property Manager Kenyan Jobs

A real estate firm wishes to recruit qualified candidates to fill the following positions.

Accountant

Purpose:

The successful candidate will work to achieve the Group’s Companies financial goals by monitoring cash flows and trends, ensuring adherence to budget, supervise the payroll and prepare financial reports, statements and projections

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance! Accounting/Commerce/Business Administration
• CPA(K) or ACCA
• Relevant 8 years experience
• Strong planning, organizational and management skills
• Excellent knowledge of Accounting software especially sage pastel
• Ability to manage multiple protects and meet tight deadlines
• Possess creative problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills/ability to motivate a team

Property Manager

Requirements

• B. A Land Economics
• Full member of the Institute of Surveyors of Kenya
• 5 years experience in management of properties
• Sound knowledge ¡n property and project management skills
• Computer skills are essential
• A team player with excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and who can work under minimum supervision
