Our client, the Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA) wishes to recruit a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Manager with change management skills.
Job Profile
- Developing HR policies with emphasis on Training I Career Planning and Development.
- Developing and implementing HR Management Systems.
- Reviewing and monitoring human resources management systems and policies.
- Change Management.
- Ensuring Computerization of HR Management Information and Data for effective management and decision making process.
- Lending staff related support to all units and departments of the Authority including team building.
- Handling employee relations inclusive disputes.
Person
Profile
- MBA or MA in Human Resource Management or Strategic Management.
- Degree in BBA, BBM or B.Com in Human Resource Management.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- A professional member of IHRM (K) is desirable.
- Excellent skills in IT for processing information and communication.
- Minimum lo years progressive leadership experience in senior human resource management position in a state corporation is mandatory.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical and report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team to manage work related responsibilities.
- Great sense of initiative and creativity in carrying out assignments.
