- Establish and monitor implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
- Ensure accurate financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with tax and other statutory deadlines.
Person
Profile
- Accounting degree or equivalent and professional accountancy certificate (CPA).
- Extensive experience in business accounting, financial management and provision of financial advice for at least 4 years.
- Knowledge and experience in computerised accounting.
- Ability to discharge multi-task assignments with minimal supervision, result driven and a team player.
- Must be 35 years of age or below.

- Minimum 3 years work experience in a production/crop protection position in a flower farm or technical sales position in horticultural sector.
- Valid driving licence.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, high self-motivation and drive to achieve results with minimal supervision.
- Must be 33 years of age or below.
