A global leader in Business Process and Technology Management is looking for a Management Accounting Assistant to process all management accounting tasks on behalf of the client.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in performing data reconciliation in Business Warehouse
• Regrouping of debit and credit balances and reconciliation of General Ledger accounts according to General Ledger ownership matrix
• Manage ad-hoc queries from the markets
• Assist in Business Performance Management reporting and in the preparation of Business Warehousing reports
• Perform simple to medium complexity reconciliation and period closing tasks as per agreed timetable
• Business area clearing and manual correction of journals with blank business areas
• Establish good relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Actively seek opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives in cooperation with Team leader

Kenyan Jobs Qualification and Competences

• A degree in Accounting/Finance
• Must have 2-3 Yrs of experience in a General Accounting environment, Operations and Client Management
• Strong working knowledge of SAP accounting system
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Should have strong analytical thinking and a focus on customer service
• Should be good in Multi Tasking, Decision Making and Time Management
• A Focused and Result oriented individual
