Our firm, the industry
leader in Digital Systems (Broadcasting, Conference and Business Continuity
Solutions), is now expanding into new markets in the region and wishes to recruit
the services of a General Manager whose requirements are detailed hereunder.
General Manager
Reporting to the Managing Director, the General Manager will be required to have multiple skill sets, experience and competencies.
The successful candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
- A Bachelors degree in a business field of study (B.Com, Finance, Business Admin etc); an MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of three years experience in business management, planning, human resource and financial management.
- Have demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Have demonstrated superior decision-making and problem-solving skills and conflict-management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, delegate and supervise staff teams.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced office setting.
- Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations.
- Will be required to have thorough knowledge of the company operations, its culture and its products and services.
