Consultant for Discordant Couples Guidelines Development
The
Inter-Religious Council of Kenya (IRCK) is the National coalition of all faith
communities in Kenya.
IRCK
is in a corporation agreement with NACC to develop National CSO Guidelines for
use by CSO in Kenya to support HIV/ AIDS Discordant couples with a
comprehensive care package under the TOWA project.
This
Advisement invites individuals and consultancy firms interested to carry out
this consultancy
The
work will involve holding discussions with Groups of People With HIV,
Discordant Couples, HIV Support groups, Faith communities, faith based
organizations, Community Based Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations
involved in HIV and AIDS activities both at National and local levels in the
areas of Kibera, Nyeri, Nakuru, Kisumu, Kisii, Vihiga and Mwingi.
The consultant will be required to use the perspectives of the above mentioned stakeholders to develop NATIONAL GUIDELINES on HIV and AIDS prevention treatment, care and support for discordant couples.

All interested parties are required to submit a technical and financial proposal explaining how their qualification matches the Terms of Reference and how they intend to perform the task.

proposal should clarify the process and methodology that the consultant will
use to perform the assignment as well as indicative time frame for completing
the exercise.
An
indication of experience in carrying out similar work in the past is
necessary.
