Wishes To Announce the Following Position in its Commission For Education And Religious Education
Data Clerk
1. Purpose of the Post
To key-in & consolidate the Commissions’ information and make it available as decision support tool for effective planning and other purposes.
2. Reporting Line
- Reports
to the Executive Secretary of Education and Religious Education Commission
- Work
closely with Commission Programme officers
3.
Duties
- Organize
and file data appropriately.
- Data
entry of information collected from Dioceses
- Makes
recommendations as the need arises to the Head of Commission for enhancing
effectiveness in the specific area of operation
- Carries
out any other essential tasks related to the commission’s goals that may
reasonably be assigned by the Head of Commission.
4.
Qualifications
- A
University Degree in Computer Science/ Statistics/Information Sciences.
- Demonstrates
competency in usage of SPSS Software, Spreadsheets, excel, Word and other
Computer Packages.
- Record
Management skills will be an added advantage.
- Is
a person of attested integrity
- Is
visionary, innovative and assertive
- Is
able to work in a team

Performance Indicators
Extent of carrying out duties and responsibility in #3 above.
6. Personal Traits
Must be a committed Catholic, with good recommendation from own parish priest
