Saman Associates is currently in the process of recruiting a Client Service Executive for one of it’s clients.
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Attend to clients and visitors in a cordial and professional manner;
Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner/transfer to appropriate staff member;
Schedule Internal Office Meetings and Client Meeting Room Bookings;
Welcome and Induct new Office Tenants / Clients;
Compile and Distribute Member Bulletins/ Periodic Newsletter by email / notice board;
Perform clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing;
Maintain a hard copy and electronic filing system;
Manage Messenger Services for clients;
Research price, and purchase office furniture and supplies;
Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys;
Manage the Managing Director’s calendar;
Prepare and maintain Managing Director’s expense report;
Organise Executive Staff travel arrangements;
Create, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas and minutes;
Supervise support staff;
Market the company’s products and services;
Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients;

Invoice of clients and issuing receipts on receipt of payments.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:-

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field;
- Two years customer service experience in a busy working environment;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol;
- Professional verbal and written communication skills;
