Our client is a leading best practice solutions provider that specialises in providing world class and internationally accredited training, consulting and technology solutions in Project and Programme Management, IT Service Management, Business Analysis, Software Management and Change Management. 


The company is in the processing of recruiting, training and developing a pool of high calibre individuals to work as accredited trainers and consultants on contractual basis (i.e. need basis from time to time) as follows.
 

These are key responsibilities in the organization that require highly motivated and results oriented
individuals.
 

The Positions
 

Our client requires a dynamic persons to handle the following positions:
 

Project and Programme Management 


4 Vacancies



Minimum Job Requirements

  • At least a Masters degree in any closely related field from a recognised university.
  • A good first degree in any discipline. Those with first degree in Project Management, Engineering and Business related fields will have an added advantage.
  • Holder of a valid PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
  • Valid PMP certification will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years hands on/demonstrated Project Management experience.

IT Service Management

Minimum Job Requirements

  • At least a Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology related field and Management will be an added advantage.
  • A good first degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or any closely related field from a recognised university.
  • Holder of a valid ITIL Expert certification. Those who have qualified in at least 4 ITIL intermediate courses will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years hands on/demonstrated experience in any of the following areas: IT Service Delivery, Infrastructure Management, Network Management, Applications Management and IT Administration.
  • Demonstrated passion for imparting knowledge through training and consulting to others in the IT profession e.g. facilitating training programmes, conducting IT assessments, managing IT Service Delivery and providing expert IT Service management advice to organisations.

Software Management

Minimum Job Requirements

  • At least a Masters degree in software engineering or closely related field will be an added advantage.
  • A good first degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or any closely related field from a recognised University.
  • Minimum of 5 years hands on/demonstrable software engineering experience.
  • Proof of direct involvement in development of commercial software system.

Business Analysis

Minimum Job Requirements

  • At least a Masters degree in Software Engineering, Project Management, Operational Research or closely related field will be an added advantage.
  • A good first degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or any closely related field from a recognised University.
  • Minimum 5 years hands on/demonstrable business analysis experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of any of the popular business analysis tools e.g. UML, Enterprise Architect etc

General Job Requirements
 

The candidates for the above positions should have the following additional requirements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for imparting knowledge through training and consulting in the relevant field.
  • Excellent training, facilitation, planning and problem solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce deliverables which are of a high standard.
  • Can work under pressure and possesses high energy levels.
  • Should be ready and willing to travel extensively across Africa.
