The Role
 

As a Furniture Palace Sale Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with the best furniture product range in Kenya, in a real ‘value for money’ environment. 

You will be given the necessary training to become an expert in furniture sales and to establish yourself as a furniture specialist.
 

We need people who can embrace and actively promote our philosophy to provide “The Ultimate Customer Experience”.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Attend to Walk in customers.
• Maximize sales within the showrooms by providing exceptional customer service and retail experience.
• Ensure sales targets are consistently achieved and quotations are followed up regularly.
• Ensure the highest levels of housekeeping standards and grooming etiquettes are maintained ¡n the showroom at all times.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• A degree or diploma holder in a management related field with a specialisation in sales and marketing management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Retail showrooms of a reputed brand.
• Highly self motivated with a passion for excellence in customer service.
• Team player with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Communications, report writing and good negotiation skills are a must.
• Must have good knowledge of MS Office Applications.
