Vacancy of Tender Writer.
Duties and responsibilities:
- End-to-End Tender/Bid Management Process and One Point of Contact for all the Bids in Kenya Region
- Ability to Apply, monitor and win government tenders
- Regular Interaction and Co-ordination Multiple Stakeholders of the Proposal/opportunity in Kenya and assisting them by preparing bid responses.
- Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills and Must have Expertise in MS Office
- Take full control and responsibility for the production of proposals and liaison with Centralized Bid Team in ensuring successful conclusion in line with RFP Requirements
- Recording, analysing and managing issues, risks, clarifications and dependencies during the bid preparation
- Continued activity and responsibility to raise the standard and quality of bids to increase bid win ratio.
- Confirming that the proposal is deemed acceptable from the perspectives of Finance (Price & Terms), Delivery (Estimation), Practice (Technical Solution), GM- Sales (What Customer Wants)
- Partner interaction for specific opportunities and driving the partner in receiving the deliverables as per the RFP Requirements
- Co-ordinate with 'Non-Bid Management" resources in few regions on case to case basis and assisting them in Printing and Binding Plan to ensure successful submission
- Ability to prove a track record of tender wins from application to delivery
Qualifications:
Graduate or Post Graduate in related field
Total Experience 5+ years of experience
Salary Range Negotiable
Relevant Experience Min 2+ years of Experience
Relevant background experience in the Light bulbs, Oil, Lubricants and Batteries Industry
