Branding and Advertising Company Sales and Marketing Executives Jobs in Kenya

Our client in the branding and advertising industry is looking for Sales and Marketing Executives who will handle client accounts (account managers).

Job Summary: The position will be responsible for marketing and selling the company’s products.

Job specifications:

• Come up with sales strategies
• Develop and implement sales plans and projections for new and existing products
• Carry out market segmentation
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• Monitor, review and report on all sales activities and results
• Acquire new clients and maintain existing clients
• Plan and make sales pitches
• Develop good relationships with clients and potential clients
• Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
• Meet set sales targets
• Expand the clientele base

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a degree/diploma in a relevant field acquired from a reputable institution of higher learning
• Have proven record of success in sales and marketing/account management
• Have the ability to meet set goals and sales targets
• Have the ability to conceptualize innovative solutions
• Have the ability to work well within a team
• Have exceptionally good communication and presentation skills
• Good organizational and customer relation skills
• Self motivated, industrious with integrity
• Should be able to close a deal
