A developer with a proven 8 year track record needs the services of a medium size architectural firm for projects in Westlands, Kilimani and Coast.
 

The firms lead architect must have at least 5 years experience of which 3 must be running his own firm.

The firm must have a minimum 3 draughtsmen with 3 years experience.
 

Experience in apartment design is critical.
