Kimetrica LLC is a company that provides web-based software for project management, Monitoring and Evaluation and related applications for development agencies and other non-profit organisations. 

We regularly look for additional short-term technical skills to supplement our in-house capability according to the requirements of our clients. 

To facilitate this we are aiming to establish a short list ofconsultants we can call upon as required. 

We have immediate needs as indicated below.

Current Development Requirements

• Enhancement of existing web-based project management software
• Implementation of project aggregation functionality
• Merging and grouping of projects
• Improvements to budgeting functionality
• Development of service for synching online and offline systems

Required Education and Experience

• University degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Strong object oriented analysis and design skills
• Experience building standalone and web applications
• At least 3 years experience writing commercial software
• Experience with outsourcing
• (optional) Experience of Agile techniques

Programming Languages and Systems

• ASP.NET
• C# or VB.NET
• Java
• SQL and SQL Server or PostGres or MySQL
• REST services
• Javascript and JQuery
