Pharmaceutical First Line Sales Manager for Kenya

 
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated individual seeking to develop their sales career within a multinational organization representing a premium brand prescription drugs.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing, developing and directing the team to successfully promote Pharmaceutical company and sell the company’s products to the medical and pharmaceutical professions.
  • Ensure the team attains or exceeds agreed sales targets and market share.
  • End-to-end coordination of customer production orders
  • Customer quotations Customer Development management
  • Personal effectiveness Alignment of personal and company values
  • Area management Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintenance of key accounts
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of management experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Must have previous Management experience.
  • Preference given to experience in health care, particularly service providers such as hospitals.
  • Must be a strategic thinker and a person who takes initiative.
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience is relevant only if holding a high-level management position. Hands-on approach to getting things done.
  • Strong worth ethic and a sense of urgency in solving problems
  • Can manage many tasks with a high level of independence
  • Strong computer and office skills. 
  • Must be able to design and execute partnership agreements, presentations, proposals, etc.
