An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated individual seeking to develop their sales career within a multinational organization representing a premium brand prescription drugs.
- Responsible for managing, developing and directing the team to successfully promote Pharmaceutical company and sell the company’s products to the medical and pharmaceutical professions.
- Ensure the team attains or exceeds agreed sales targets and market share.
- End-to-end coordination of customer production orders
- Customer quotations Customer Development management
- Personal effectiveness Alignment of personal and company values
- Area management Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Maintenance of key accounts
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of management experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Must have previous Management experience.
- Preference given to experience in health care, particularly service providers such as hospitals.
- Must be a strategic thinker and a person who takes initiative.
- Pharmaceutical sales experience is relevant only if holding a high-level management position. Hands-on approach to getting things done.
- Strong worth ethic and a sense of urgency in solving problems
- Can manage many tasks with a high level of independence
- Strong computer and office skills.
- Must be able to design and execute partnership agreements, presentations, proposals, etc.
