Female House Manager
Our client an Expatriate Family living in Kenya is looking to recruit a House Manger.
The successful candidate MUST have relevant experience managing a household staff.
Key Responsibilities:

- Managing 6 staff including nannies, cook, cleaner and gardener.
- Process payroll of the house staff and managing overtime.
- Drive household car and ensure its maintenance.
- Collect children from school and liaise with school teachers.
- Manage household budgets, keeping accurate accounts and purchase of all household items.
- Ensure payment of household bills.
- Responsible for preparation for any function whether official or non-official.
- Ensure medical, school and all other children appointments are kept.
Key Qualifications:
- Must have a diploma / certificate in hospitality.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel / tourism management or running a large private household.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have experience in managing a budget and book keeping.
- Must have experience in childcare.
- Must have a valid and clean driving license.
- Must have first aid training.
- Must have excellent communication skills i.e written and oral English.
- Must have experience working with expat families.
- Must be self - motivated, committed ,assertive, trustworthy and honest.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.70,000 - 90,000/= depending on experience
